Wow...what a pleasure it was to see Matt Small paint live at the Planet Patrol night at Cargo on Thursday. The technique he has been pursuing for "the last 7 years" of using oil and water paints clashing is incredible to see... Some of these pics illustrate the processes he goes through (images courtesy of James Headphonesex). You would need to take hundreds of image's to see every stage he goes through. Its great to see someone loving their work so much as well. Its like when you go and see a band live and your impressed with their performance so much you'll go and buy their album, this was exactly the same here... Thanks to Mole at Planet Patrol for putting on a great evening ; )
