...I wonder what that will mean for some of shep's other artworks that have been taken from photographs. Intellectual property has always been a grey area - because not all artists have the time or resourses to follow through with such matters to court i guess, but AP knew they had an amazingly high profile case. Good on Shep that he has setteled and Its good that the photographer will benefit from the sales aswell, i hope it will encourage collaborations between more artists and photographers in the future, read about on the bbc website
