Not on your Nelly!

Now those in the know will already be aware that the name Nelly Duff is derived from cockney rhyming slang, and indeed Nelly is a true British gal!

At the gallery we pride ourselves on our own in-house print production, working with an array of London based artists and print-makers to produce the distinctive artworks that make us so proud :)

Yet you don't have to go far to come across an ever growing sense of discenchantment, with regards to home grown craftmanship- take Aditya Chakrabortty's recent Guardian piece entitled 'Why Doesnt Britain Make Things Anymore?' However there are a few gems still sparkling, that are not 'Made in China.'

Birthplace of the old girl herself, Columbia Road is a hive of independent business, and ofcourse what could be more authentically 'London' than the Flower Market straight out of George Bernard Shaw!
